We offer a full Pre-Operations and O&M Delivery capability for new build projects supporting the full project lifecycle from concept design through to transition into operations and the provision of a SQEP capability to support normal operations.
We hold a broad range of operational and maintenance capabilities based on a strong demonstrable working knowledge of nuclear site licences, associated systems, processes and procedures.
Pre-Operations and O&M activities can be delivered on behalf of the project’s principal contractor to provide the intelligence to ensure end user requirements are fully met; or can be delivered directly to the client’s project or operations teams thereby fulfilling the role of Intelligent Customer.
We are comfortable working as part of an integrated team to a defined set of deliverables, on subcontract basis to a specified scope or to assume responsibility for the full Pre-Operations function of a given project.
Our existing O&M contracts cover fully operational plants, system upgrades, new build project facilities and decommissioning activities. We work closely with stakeholder groups including; engineering, operations, maintenance, design, pre-ops and project teams.
We currently contract directly with two NDA site licence sites and with multiple tier 1 and 2 suppliers.
Our work has been subject to various client and ONR reviews, all receiving favourable outcomes and feedback.
