COMS attain Cyber Essentials Plus certification

We are delighted to announce that we have attained the Cyber Essentials Plus certification from Indelible Data.

Cyber Essentials has been developed as part of the UK’s National Cyber Security Programme, which helps businesses take steps to protect their business online.
It was important for COMS to gain this certification as it is often a major requirement to win new business in the types of industries we work in.
The key areas of the certification include secure configuration of firewalls and other devices capable of connecting to the internet, user access control, use of anti-virus software and the need to keep operating systems and programs up to date.

Cyber Essentials Plus required COMS to pass a remote vulnerability assessment performed by the Certification Body.
